If customer has an issue where the handheld mic send wireless, radio, frequencies to the receiver, AF meter shows activity, but does not show audio, AF, activity, please open the windscreen, Black, then open the second windscreen, Silver. There is a small set of cables that connect the capsule to the mic with a connector on each side. Make sure they are both connected. One to the capsule and one to the mic itself.
